Traditionally, one of the moments a girl most looks forward to in her life is walking down the aisle on her father's arm.
So the occasion arrived, the small church was packed, the organ was playing and we were ready to go. Dad set off at his usual determined pace and I had to ask him to slow down so I could enjoy my moment.
The aisle wasn't very long after all!
