A Natural Sportsman

I don’t have any photo’s, but do remember to my chagrin that David was a natural sportsman, with good co-ordination. For a short time we met regularly to play tennis, but I soon got tired of being beaten thoroughly in every game – yes game, not match. However, without wishing to spoil the build-up, it may just have been that I was absolutely useless!! Enjoy your celebration David.

Tennis at Windsor Tennis Club

John reminds me of our games at Windsor and I have fond memories of a very friendly club but not of being so dominant on the court. When I think of John I remember the game of football we tried to play by the light of street lamps outside his house on the cliff top. The field is now the pitch and putt course.
