Opening Doors for Others

Well David changed my life and set me on a very satisfying career in telecommunications!

It started with a meeting with David in his Kitchen in 1987? Then David offered me a job at Orbitel in Basingstoke and that was the beginning of a whole new exciting world. Since then I’ve travelled and worked around the globe.

1987 to 1990 - @ Orbitel - Didn’t really have much to do with David at work as he was a big boss and I was a junior engineer. I do remember enjoying borrowing David’s Ford Ghia during the day and stopping off to see my parents a few times – no recollection of how I wangled it – it was the fastest car I’d driven. I assume no speeding tickets ever came through….
